Visiting wineries of all sizes can be so enjoyable, but we definitely prefer the experiences found in visiting those small, boutique wineries that produce amazing wines for their devoted fans. In Paso Robles we discovered just such a gem in Mitchella Vineyard and Winery.

It was Day Two of our Paso Robles trip and we were so excited that we were breakfasted, checked out of our hotel, and ready for wine tasting uncharacteristically early. Luckily, many Paso Robles open early, so our day of tasting got off to a great start at Eberle Winery.

Wine tasting in Paso Robles offers so many options! After a full afternoon of winery visits, we were ready to wrap up day one with a totally unique tasting flight at LXV Wines.

After some amazing tastings along the ridgelines of  Paso Robles, we chose to experience some of the tasting rooms in the center of town. Our first stop: Herman Story Wines.

Paso Robles is home to so many wonderful wineries! The next stop on our wine tasting tour featured natural wines guided gently toward their destiny, free of artificial manipulation or chemistry. Yes, we were about to experience Le Cuvier Winery!

Paso Robles is one of our favorite wine tasting areas, but it had been far too long since our last visit. It took years for us to get our schedules aligned, but we finally made it back. We started with a favorite: Adelaida Vineyards!
